毛细管离子色谱法测定地表水、饮用水中痕量生物胺的含量

【摘要】:本文以毛细管离子色谱为依托,选用高效阳离子交换分离柱IonPac CS19,以甲基磺酸淋洗液发生器在线产生甲基磺酸溶液,梯度淋洗,完成了地表水、自来水样品中痕量腐胺、尸胺、组胺、亚精胺和精胺等5种常见生物胺的分离分析.方法重复性较好,准确性较高.
[Abstract]:Based on capillary ion chromatography, a high efficiency cation exchange separation column (IonPac CS19,) was used to generate methanesulfonic acid solution on line by a methanesulfonic acid eluant generator, and gradient elution was performed to complete trace putrescine and cadaverine in surface water and tap water samples. Separation and analysis of five common biogenic amines: histamine, spermidine and spermine. The method was reproducible and accurate.
