高效液相色谱法测定宝塔菜水苏糖含量

【摘要】:建立HPLC法测定宝塔菜中的水苏糖含量。采用岛津2010AHT色谱仪,菲罗门NH2色谱柱(5.0mm×150mm,4.6μm);流动相乙腈-水(67:33);柱温为30℃,流速为1.0ml/min。以水苏糖进样量X为横坐标,峰面积Y为纵坐标,求得回归方程:Y=10381X+9888.8,水苏糖在5.004μg至400.32μg范围内线性关系良好(R2=0.9993),平均回收率为99.68%,RSD为0.42%。该方法结果准确,可作为宝塔菜中水苏糖含量的测定方法。
