2006-2016年湖南省学校食物中毒事件监测结果分析

【摘要】:目的了解湖南省2006-2016年学校食物事件的流行病学特点,为制定预防学校食物中毒的对策和措施提供依据。方法对突发公共卫生事件报告管理信息系统上报的湖南省2006-2016年学校食物中毒事件进行描述性分析。结果湖南省2006-2016年共报告学校食物中毒事件70起,累计报告病例2 722例,死亡1例。学校食物中毒事件多发生在5月和9月。农村学校报告起数和中毒人数最多,分别占总数的51.4%和55.1%。致病因素以微生物污染为主,发生事件37起,中毒人数1 676人,分别占总数的52.9%和61.6%。结论 2006-2016年湖南省学校食物中毒事件报告逐年减少,微生物污染引起的食物中毒居多,应把农村中小学校作为防控重点。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the epidemiological characteristics of school food events in Hunan province from 2006 to 2016, and to provide evidence for the prevention of school food poisoning. Methods the incidence of school food poisoning in Hunan province from 2006 to 2016 was analyzed. Results A total of 70 school food poisoning incidents were reported in Hunan province from 2006 to 2016, with 2 722 reported cases and 1 death. School food poisoning mostly occurred in May and September. Rural schools reported the most initial and poisoning cases, accounting for 51.4% and 55.1% of the total, respectively. Microbial contamination was the main pathogenic factor. There were 37 incidents and 1,676 people were poisoned, accounting for 52.9% and 61.6% of the total respectively. Conclusion from 2006 to 2016, the number of food poisoning incidents in schools in Hunan Province decreased year by year, and the food poisoning caused by microbial pollution was more common. Therefore, primary and secondary schools in rural areas should be regarded as the key points of prevention and control.
