太原市消费者预包装食品营养标签知信行状况及影响因素分析
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the current situation and influencing factors of nutrition labelling knowledge, attitude and behavior of prepackaged food in Taiyuan. Methods 400 consumers in six districts of Taiyuan were investigated by using self-designed questionnaire and stratified random sampling. Results of the 400 subjects, 390 valid questionnaires were collected, 152 males and 238 females aged (35.2 卤14.3) years. The mean scores of nutrition label knowledge and behavior were (11.72 卤4.79) and (4.72 卤1.92), the mean scores of attitude and attitude were (5.63 卤2.39), and the pass rate of knowledge was 12.6B, and the average scores of nutrition label were (11.72 卤4.79) and (4.72 卤1.92), respectively. The score of nutrition label knowledge of female consumers was higher than that of men, and the difference was statistically significant (P0. 05). The lowest awareness rate of "do you know the nutrient reference value (NRV)" was 15. 4%. There was a positive correlation between the two groups (P0.01). Logistic regression showed that the influencing factors of knowledge were residence, sex, attitude, knowledge score and the frequency of food purchase in the family, and the influence factor of behavior was knowledge score. Conclusion there is a lack of knowledge about food nutrition labelling among consumers in Taiyuan, so it is necessary to strengthen the propaganda and education of food labelling to influence their attitude and to change their behavior.
