低聚乳果糖对早期断奶大鼠代谢影响的研究

【摘要】:幼体动物早期断奶后,由于食物成分、生活环境、心理等方面的变化,会产生一系列的应激反应,称之为断奶应激综合征。断奶应激会诱使幼体动物出现生长发育缓慢,肠道菌群失衡,体内代谢紊乱等症状,严重者危及生命。本实验通过研究不同剂量低聚乳果糖对早期断奶大鼠生长性能、粪便理化性质和肠道菌群以及大鼠体内内源性代谢物的影响来探究低聚乳果糖对断奶大鼠机体代谢的作用机制,同时为低聚乳果糖在断奶应激综合征上的应用提供一定的理论依据。 实验结果表明,在实验第一周时,对断奶大鼠补充高剂量低聚乳果糖不但不能有效缓解断奶应激反应,还会加重机体自身的应激反应,而低剂量组大鼠各项检测指标明显优于对照组和高剂量组,说明大鼠对低聚乳果糖的补充也需要一个适应的过程;在实验第二周时,补充高剂量低聚乳果糖能显著提高断奶大鼠的体重增长率,提高大鼠的表观蛋白消化率和氮存留率;显著降低粪便pH值和NH3-N含量,提高大鼠粪便中短链脂肪酸含量,对肠道双歧杆菌和乳酸杆菌具有明显的增殖作用;并通过影响大鼠体内内源性代谢物来调控大鼠机体的能量代谢和免疫功能,从而有效地缓解断奶应激造成的各种损伤。 综上所述,对断奶大鼠补充低聚乳果糖可以有效地缓解断奶应激造成的损伤,并提高大鼠对断奶应激的抵抗作用。
[Abstract]:After early weaning young animals will produce a series of stress reactions due to the changes of food composition living environment and psychology which are called weaning stress syndrome. Weaning stress can induce young animals to develop slowly, intestinal flora imbalance, metabolic disorders and other symptoms, serious life-threatening. By studying the effects of different doses of oligosaccharide on growth performance, fecal physicochemical properties, intestinal flora and endogenous metabolites in early weaning rats, the mechanism of fructose oligosaccharide on metabolism of weaned rats was investigated. At the same time, it provides some theoretical basis for the application of oligosaccharide in weaning stress syndrome. The results showed that during the first week of the experiment, feeding high dose fructose to weaning rats could not only alleviate the stress response of weaning, but also aggravate the stress response of the body itself. However, the low dose group was superior to the control group and the high dose group, indicating that the supplement of fructose oligosaccharide also needed a process of adaptation. In the second week of the experiment, high dose of fructose could significantly increase the growth rate of body weight, apparent protein digestibility and nitrogen retention of weaned rats. The pH value and NH3-N content in feces were significantly decreased, and the short chain fatty acid content in feces of rats was increased, and the proliferation of bifidobacterium and Lactobacillus in the intestinal tract was obvious. The energy metabolism and immune function of rats were regulated by affecting endogenous metabolites in rats, which effectively alleviated all kinds of damage caused by weaning stress. In conclusion, supplementation of fructooligosaccharide to weaning rats can effectively alleviate the damage caused by weaning stress and increase the resistance of rats to weaning stress.
