模糊数学模型评价方法在喷涂作业环境职业病危害风险评估中的应用

【摘要】:目的:通过引用模糊综合风险评估法对喷涂行业职业病危害的风险进行评估,建立一种全面的定量的多因素综合评价方法。 研究方法:研究模糊数学模型评价方法在喷涂行业环境职业病危害风险评价中的应用。根据喷涂行业的特点,对园区存在喷涂作业的企业进行调查,梳理该行业风险评价指标,筛选出适合该行业职业危害风险评估的主要因素,采用职业病危害因素浓度或者强度分级确定各级指标的权重,以接触人数比值确定权重系数。采用分层抽样的方法,,选取9家不同资金注册类型并存在喷涂作业环境的企业,收集其职业病危害因素现场检测数据、单一危害因素接触人数、总接触人数等,计算9家企业隶属度,根据三种企业注册类型(外资、港澳台和内资)建立矩阵,利用模糊数学模型,综合评判9家企业三种不同类型的喷涂作业环境的风险等级。 结果:初步建立了适合喷涂行业职业病危害风险评估的指标体系及评判标准。通过该行业主要职业病危害因素毒物(苯、甲苯、二甲苯)、粉尘和噪声的检测结果组成单因素评价集,接触人数比为权重系数,确定单因素评价集,得到9家喷涂企业职业病危害风险等级,其中甲、乙、丙、丁、戊、辛企业喷涂作业环境职业危害等级为“轻微”,己、壬企业等级为“轻度”,庚企业等级为“中度”。运用分层抽样,对9家企业以3种不同注册类型进行分类,各企业隶属度组成综合评价矩阵,进行矩阵计算,对不同类型企业喷涂作业环境进行模糊综合评价,得到3种不同类型企业职业病危害风险评价等级。所选外资和港澳台企业职业病危害模糊综合风险评价等级为第Ⅱ级“良好”,内资企业为第Ⅲ级“一般”。 结论:(1)通过运用模糊数学模型对职业病危害因素的监测数据定量分析,矩阵计算,采用最大隶属度所属的等级区间范围判定其职业危害的程度,科学、直观,具有说服力;(2)通过9家企业分析,得出的结果是:“甲、乙、丙、丁、戊、辛企业喷涂作业环境职业危害等级为轻微,己、壬企业喷涂作业环境职业危害等级为轻度,庚企业喷涂作业环境职业危害等级为中度”。(3)根据模糊数学隶属度建立的数学模型,计算出3种不同性质企业的喷涂作业环境的综合评价值,得出结论:外资和港澳台企业喷涂作业环境综合评价Ⅱ级,为“良,低风险”,内资企业喷涂作业环境综合评价Ⅲ级,为“一般,一般风险”。(4)给出了不同风险等级采取相应的控制措施的建议,防止职业危害的发生,保护劳动者的身体健康。
[Abstract]:Objective: to evaluate the risk of occupational disease hazards in spraying industry by using fuzzy comprehensive risk assessment method and to establish a comprehensive quantitative multi-factor comprehensive evaluation method. Methods: the application of fuzzy mathematical model to the risk assessment of environmental occupational hazards in spraying industry was studied. According to the characteristics of spraying industry, this paper investigates the enterprises with spraying operation in the park, combs the risk evaluation index of the industry, and selects out the main factors suitable for the risk assessment of occupational hazards in this industry. The weight of each index was determined by the classification of occupational hazard factor concentration or intensity, and the weight coefficient was determined by the ratio of exposure number. Adopting stratified sampling method, 9 enterprises with different fund registration types and existing spraying working environment were selected to collect the field detection data of occupational disease hazard factors, single hazard factor exposure number, total exposure number and so on. According to three kinds of enterprise registration types (foreign capital, Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan and domestic investment), the matrix was established. The fuzzy mathematical model was used to comprehensively judge the risk grade of three different types of spraying environment in 9 enterprises. Results: the index system and evaluation standard for occupational hazard risk assessment in spraying industry were preliminarily established. The main occupational hazard factors in this industry, such as benzene, toluene, xylene, dust and noise, were used to form a single factor evaluation set, and the exposure ratio was the weight coefficient to determine the single factor evaluation set. The occupational hazard risk grade of 9 spraying enterprises was obtained. The occupational hazard grade of spraying operation environment in A, B, C, D, E, E and X enterprises was "mild", "mild" and "moderate". By using stratified sampling, 9 enterprises are classified into three different registration types, each enterprise membership degree constitutes a comprehensive evaluation matrix, the matrix calculation is carried out, and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation of different types of enterprise spraying working environment is carried out. Three different types of occupational disease hazard risk evaluation grades were obtained. The fuzzy comprehensive risk evaluation grade of occupational hazards of foreign capital and Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan enterprises is grade 鈪
