马齿苋多糖体外免疫调节活性研究

【摘要】：以小鼠巨噬细胞RAW264.7为模型研究马齿苋多糖对细胞吞噬能力的影响,刺激产生NO含量,释放IL-6、TNF-α来考察其对巨噬细胞免疫活性的影响。结果表明马齿苋多糖可通过增强巨噬细胞吞噬能力,释放免疫因子等方面增强巨噬细胞免疫活性。
[Abstract]:The effect of polysaccharides from Portulaca oleracea on phagocytic ability of mouse macrophages was studied by using RAW264.7 as a model, NO content was stimulated and IL-6,TNF- 伪 was released to investigate its effect on the immune activity of macrophages. The results showed that polysaccharides from Portulaca oleracea could enhance the immune activity of macrophages by enhancing phagocytosis of macrophages and releasing immune factors.
