生活饮用水中微生物检验的质量控制策略分析

【摘要】:目的分析生活饮用水中微生物检验的质量控制策略。方法在2014年1月至2014年12月根据GB/T5750-2006《生活饮用水标准检验方法》对124份水样进行检查,其中前6个月中检测62份,后6个月根据检验结果中存在的问题实施微生物检验质量控制策略,然后检测62份样本。分析对比两次检验结果即饮用水检测合格率。结果第1次的检验过程结果显示62份受检水样中有43例合格,合格率为71.67%;通过微生物培养质量控制策略,防止在标本采集、运输以及检验过程中出现异常,结果显示62份受检水样中有54例为合格,合格率为87.10%。两组差异具有显著性(P0.05)。结论对微生物检验实施质量控制然后对饮用水受检样本进行检查能够提高检测准确率,能够为居民安全用水提供基础数据保障。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the quality control strategy of microbial examination in drinking water. Methods from January 2014 to December 2014, 124 water samples were examined according to GB/T5750-2006, 62 of which were detected in the first 6 months. In the last 6 months, the microorganism quality control strategy was carried out according to the problems existing in the test results, and 62 samples were tested. The qualified rate of drinking water detection was analyzed and compared. Results the results of the first test showed that 43 of 62 water samples were qualified, and the qualified rate was 71.67. The microorganism culture quality control strategy was used to prevent the abnormality in the collection, transportation and inspection of samples. The results showed that 54 of 62 samples were qualified, and the qualified rate was 87.1010. There was significant difference between the two groups (P0.05). Conclusion the quality control of microbiological examination and the examination of drinking water samples can improve the detection accuracy and provide the basic data guarantee for the residents' safe water use.
