乌鲁木齐综合性三甲医院手术室护士职业倦怠现状与相关因素分析

【摘要】:目的:了解乌鲁木齐市综合性三级甲等医院手术室护士职业倦怠的现状,为护理管理者进行相应的干预提供依据。方法:采用问卷调查法,包括自编一般情况调查问卷,职业倦怠量表,,护士工作压力源量表,对乌鲁木齐市6所综合性三甲医院181名手术室护士进行问卷调查。结果:(1)手术室护士职业倦怠三个维度得分分别为:情感耗竭(31.85±8.53)分,去人格化(11.89±5.29)分,低个人成就感(20.62±7.96)分,与国外常模比,差异有统计学意义(P0.01);(2)不同年龄、性别、护龄、婚育状况、学历及最高学历、职称、人事编制和手术室护士职业倦怠状况有差异(P0.05);3)手术室护士情感耗竭与职称呈负相关(P0.05),与婚育状况呈正相关(P0.05),与人事编制呈正相关(P0.01),与被投诉呈负相关(P0.05);去人格化与护龄,婚育状况呈负相关(P0.05),与性别、学历呈正相关(P0.05)。护士工作压力源的5个维度均与情感耗竭呈显著正相关(P0.01),与去人格化呈正相关(P0.05),与低个人成就感呈显著负相关(P0.01);结论:手术室护士情感耗竭,去人格化较严重;工作压力处于中度水平,职业倦怠与年龄、性别、护龄、职称、人事编制、婚育状况及工作压力存在相关关系。
[Abstract]:Objective: to understand the present situation of nurses' job burnout in operating room of comprehensive Grade 3A Hospital in Urumqi, and to provide basis for nursing managers to intervene. Methods: 181 nurses in operating room of 6 comprehensive tertiary hospitals in Urumqi were investigated by questionnaire, including self-made questionnaire of general situation, job burnout scale and nurses' work stressor scale. Results: (1) the scores of three dimensions of occupational burnout of operating room nurses were: emotional exhaustion (31.85 卤8.53), depersonalization (11.89 卤5.29), low personal accomplishment (20.62 卤7.96), compared with foreign norm. The difference was statistically significant (P0.01). (2) there were differences in age, sex, nursing age, marriage and childbearing status, educational background, professional title, personnel establishment and job burnout of operating room nurses (P0.05). 3) emotional exhaustion of nurses in operating room was negatively correlated with professional title (P0.05), positively correlated with marital status (P0.05), positively correlated with staffing (P0.01), and negatively correlated with complaints (P0.05). Depersonalization had negative correlation with nursing age, marriage and childbearing status (P0.05), positive correlation with gender and educational background (P0.05). The five dimensions of job stressor were positively correlated with emotional exhaustion (P0.01), positively correlated with depersonalization (P0.05) and negatively correlated with low personal accomplishment (P0.01). Conclusion: the emotional exhaustion and depersonalization of nurses in operating room are more serious, the work pressure is at the moderate level, and there is a correlation between job burnout and age, sex, nursing age, professional title, personnel establishment, marriage and childbearing status and work stress.
