膳食混合胶粒在胆固醇等脂类转运吸收中的作用的研究进展

【摘要】:因摄食过多脂类而导致的心血管类疾病已严重威胁到现代人身体健康,而食物中的胆固醇等脂类在机体内是通过"膳食混合胶粒"(Dietary Mixed Micelles,DMM)来有效地转运供人体吸收和利用的。本文主要总结了膳食混合胶粒结构特征及其在人体胃肠道中对脂类消化、吸收过程中的作用特点及转运机制,并就目前在检测膳食混合胶粒转运抑制体外实验模型中所使用的实验基质使用情况进行了综述。
[Abstract]:Cardiovascular diseases caused by excessive intake of lipids have seriously threatened the health of modern people, and cholesterol and other lipids in food are found in the body through "Dietary mixed Gel" (Dietary Mixed Micelles,. DMM) to transport effectively for absorption and utilization by the human body. In this paper, the structure characteristics of dietary mixed colloid and its function and transport mechanism in the digestion and absorption of lipids in human gastrointestinal tract were summarized. The current use of the experimental matrix for the detection of dietary mixed colloid transport inhibition in vitro was reviewed.
