缙云县流动孕产妇保健管理的现状分析及对策研究

【摘要】：目的对缙云县流动孕产妇保健管理的现状进行调查和分析,并据此提出合理的干预策略。方法选取缙云县18家乡镇2009年10月至2013年9月单胎妊娠孕产妇保健册资料进行回顾性分析,其中包括16 430例本县户籍孕产妇和1 301例外来孕产妇,对本县户籍孕产妇和外来孕产妇的保健情况进行统计和对比;各抽取200例孕产妇对保健管理的满意度进行调查。结果本县户籍孕产妇的建册率、早建率、系统管理率、产后访视率分别为99.2%(16 297/16 430)、96.7%(15 882/16 430)、95.8%(15 733/16 430)和97.7%(16 057/16 430),外来孕产妇为74.5%(969/1 301)、64.0%(832/1 301)、59.0%(768/1 301)和65.5%(852/1 301),差异有统计学意义(P0.05);住院分娩过程中,本县户籍孕产妇不满意3例,不满意率为1.5%,外来孕产妇不满意12例,不满意率为6.0%,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论缙云县流动孕产妇保健管理与本地户籍孕产妇还存在相当差距,应该加强对流动孕产妇的保健管理,使其享有公平的保健管理质量和机会,进而促进本地经济社会发展。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate and analyze the current situation of mobile maternal health care management in Jinyun County and put forward reasonable intervention strategies. Methods from October 2009 to September 2013, data from 18 villages and towns in Jinyun County were retrospectively analyzed, including 16 430 pregnant women with household registration and 1 301 pregnant women with single pregnancy, including 16 430 pregnant women and 1 301 pregnant women in Jinyun County from October 2009 to September 2013. To carry on the statistics and the comparison to this county household registration pregnant and lying-in maternal and the foreign pregnant and lying-in woman's health condition; The satisfaction of 200 pregnant women to health care management was investigated. Results the establishment rate, early construction rate, system management rate and postpartum visit rate were 99.2% (16 297 / 16 430) and 96 7% (15 882 / 16 430), respectively. 95.8% (15,733 / 16,430) and 97.7% (16,057 / 16,430), 74.5% (969 / 1 301), 64.0% (832 / 1 301), 59.0% (768 / 1 301) and 65.5% (852 / 1 301) of foreign pregnant women. The difference was statistically significant (P0.05). In the process of in-hospital delivery, there were 3 cases of unsatisfied pregnant and lying-in women in this county, the dissatisfied rate was 1.5%, 12 cases of foreign pregnant and lying-in women were not satisfied, the unsatisfied rate was 6.0, the difference was statistically significant (P0.05). Conclusion there is still a gap between the health care management of floating pregnant and lying-in women in Jinyun County and that of local registered pregnant and lying-in women. It is necessary to strengthen the health care management of floating pregnant and lying-in women so as to make them enjoy fair quality and opportunity of health care management so as to promote the development of local economy and society.
