某医院介入放射工作人员职业受照剂量调查
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the radiation dose of interventional radiation workers (hereinafter referred to as interventional personnel) in a hospital. Methods Ten interventional personnel in a hospital were studied by the method of judging sampling. When they were undergoing 9 kinds of common interventional radiations, the left and right hand tiger's mouth, left and right foot were measured by thermoluminescence meter. The dose of radiation in the left eye and in the middle of the eye. The working conditions of interventional equipment and the product of patient dose area during the operation of different types of interventional radiation were recorded. The relationship between the exposure dose of interventional personnel and the DAP value of patients was analyzed by (DAP),. Results among the different types of interventional procedures, the maximum current and the longest exposure duration were observed in coronary artery stent implantation (P 0.05). The DAP value of the patients with coronary stent implantation was higher than that of the other 8 interventional procedures (P0.05). Coronary angiography, cholangiography and coronary stent implantation were higher than those in limb angiography, pacemaker implantation, renal interventional operation and intravenous angiography. Pulmonary embolism and angioplasty (P0.05). The left hand radiation dose of coronary angiography and coronary stent implantation was higher than that of the other 5 monitoring sites (P0.05). There was a positive correlation between the exposure dose of interventional personnel and the DAP value (rank correlation coefficient = 0.381g / P0.01). Conclusion in several common interventional procedures, the highest dose of individual irradiation is coronary stent implantation, and for a single individual, the maximal dose is received by the left hand of the interventional operation operator.
