某水泥厂年产100万吨水泥粉磨站工程项目职业病的危害因素识别与分析

【摘要】:目的通过对建设年产100万吨水泥粉磨站工程项目的评价,系统综合的分析各种职业危害因素。方法依据国家职业卫生规范和标准,对本市新建建设年产100万吨水泥粉磨站工程项目生产工艺进行现场调查及检测对职业病危害因素进行全面识别。结果建设年产100万吨水泥粉磨站工程项目主要的职业病危害因素为石灰石粉尘、矽尘、水泥粉尘、石膏粉尘、砂轮磨尘、电焊烟尘、其他粉尘、一氧化碳、二氧化氮、二氧化锰、臭氧、噪声、工频电场、紫外辐射。该项目除4个粉尘作业点超限倍数和3个作业岗位接触的噪声强度超过国家职业卫生标准的有关要求外,其他作业点和岗位接触的职业病危害因素在相应项目规定的标准范围内。结论该建设项目进行全面细致的工程分析,以全面识别和分析建设年产100万吨水泥粉磨站工程项目的职业病危害因素。
[Abstract]:Objective to evaluate the construction project of cement grinding station with annual production of 1 million tons, and analyze the occupational hazard factors systematically and synthetically. Methods according to the national occupational health regulations and standards, the field investigation was carried out on the production process of the new cement grinding station project of 1 million tons per year in this city, and the occupational disease hazard factors were comprehensively identified. Results the main occupational hazard factors in the construction of 1 million tons cement grinding station project were limestone dust, silica dust, cement dust, gypsum dust, grinding wheel dust, welding smoke, other dust, carbon monoxide, nitrogen dioxide, etc. Manganese dioxide, ozone, noise, power frequency electric field, ultraviolet radiation. In addition to the four dust operating points exceeding the limit multiple and the noise intensity being exposed to 3 jobs in excess of the relevant requirements of the national occupational health standards, The occupational hazard factors of other work sites and post-exposure are within the standard range stipulated by the corresponding project. Conclusion in order to identify and analyze the occupational hazard factors of the construction project of 1 million tons cement grinding station per year, the construction project is analyzed in detail.
