婴儿期肠道菌群结构改变规律的初探

【摘要】:目的分析婴儿期肠道菌群结构的动态变化,探讨婴儿肠道菌群定植演替的一般规律。方法以正常足月新生儿为研究对象,采用PCR-DGGE技术检测婴儿出生后1、2、4、7、10、14、28 d,3、6、12月这10个时间点粪便中菌群结构。结果婴儿肠道内细菌丰度及Shannon-Wiener多样性指数出生后d 1~d 10出现上升,随后转为下降,至d 28达到最低值,随后再次上升,12月时达到峰值。相似性及聚类分析显示,婴儿肠道菌群结构d 2~d 28聚为一类,d 1、3~12月聚为一类,但d 1与其他时间点相似性较低。结论婴儿出生后d 1肠道内即有细菌开始定植,d 2~d28菌群结构发生显著改变,但尚处于较为平稳状态;3个月后肠道内细菌定植速度加快。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the dynamic changes of intestinal flora in infancy and to explore the general rules of colonization succession of intestinal flora in infants. Methods PCR-DGGE technique was used to detect the fecal flora of normal full-term newborns. Results the bacterial abundance and Shannon-Wiener diversity index in the intestinal tract of infants increased after birth, then decreased to the lowest level on d28, then increased again, and reached the peak at 12 months. The results of similarity and cluster analysis showed that the intestinal flora structure of infants was divided into two groups: d2D28 and d1 ~ 3 ~ 12, but the similarity between D1 and other time points was low. Conclusion on the first day after birth, bacteria began to colonize the intestinal tract, and the structure of d 2~d28 flora changed significantly, but it was still in a stable state, and the colonization rate of the bacteria in the intestinal tract was accelerated after 3 months.
