海南省藻类制品中42种元素含量调查与分析

【摘要】:目的调查分析海南省藻类制品中42种元素的含量。方法定点采集了海南省常见食用藻类制品,按GB5009.268-2016《食品安全国家标准食品中多元素的测定》电感耦合等离子体质谱法分析测定。结果 4类76份干燥藻类制品中(有害元素均需列出)铅、镉、铝和铬含量检出范围分别为未检出-8.17mg/kg,0.0259-4.89mg/kg,37.8-914mg/kg,未检出-1.49mg/kg(列出范围值)均值分别为0.941mg/kg、1.03mg/kg、368mg/kg、0.389mg/kg,超标率分别为31.6%、30.9%、84.2%和34.2%。结论海南省市售的藻类制品中铅、镉、铝、铬超标率较高,有关部门应加强对藻类制品的生产销售全过程进行监督监测,以保证食品安全。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate and analyze the contents of 42 elements in algae products in Hainan Province. Methods the common edible algae products in Hainan Province were collected and analyzed by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS) according to GB5009.268-2016 food safety national standard for the determination of multi-elements in food. Results the detection range of lead, cadmium, aluminum and chromium in 76 dried algae products (all harmful elements should be listed) was -8.17 mg / kg 0.0259-4.89 mg / kg ~ 37.8-914 mg / kg, respectively. The average value of undetectable-1.49mg/kg was 0.941 mg / kg ~ 1.03mg / kg ~ (-1) mg 路kg ~ (-1) 路kg ~ (-1) ~ 0.389 mg 路kg ~ (-1) 路kg ~ (-1), respectively, and the surpassing rate was 31.66% and 30.9%, 84.2% and 34.2%, respectively. Conclusion the percentage of lead, cadmium, aluminum and chromium in algae products on sale in Hainan Province is high. The relevant departments should strengthen the supervision and monitoring of the whole process of production and sale of algae products in order to ensure food safety.
