新疆药桑和黑桑营养成分及活性成分分析

【摘要】:选取新疆特色植物药桑与黑桑的桑葚、桑叶和桑树皮为研究对象,分别利用高效液相色谱法、原子吸收光谱法、紫外分光光度法和常规方法测定氨基酸、矿物质、黄酮、多糖和生物碱含量。结果表明:药桑和黑桑不同部位中蛋白氨基酸种类丰富,均含有17种氨基酸,必需氨基酸与总氨基酸的比值均在0.60以上;对人体有益的矿物质含量也较丰富;生物活性物质含量也较为丰富,其中药桑葚中生物碱含量最高,可达1.393 mg/g(干基),药桑皮中黄酮含量最高,可达11.999 mg/g(干基),黑桑葚中多糖含量最高,可达337.491 mg/g(干基)。利用主成分分析对29个指标提取了4个主成分,累计方差贡献率达97.000%。综合评分结果表明药桑价值更高。
[Abstract]:The mulberry, mulberry leaf and mulberry bark of Xinjiang characteristic plant mulberry, mulberry leaf and mulberry bark were selected for the determination of amino acids, minerals and flavonoids by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC), atomic absorption spectrometry (AAS), ultraviolet spectrophotometry (UV) and routine methods, respectively. Polysaccharides and alkaloids. The results showed that there were 17 kinds of amino acids in different parts of Mulberry and black mulberry, the ratio of essential amino acids to total amino acids was above 0.60, and the mineral content of beneficial to human body was also rich. The content of bioactive substances in mulberry was the highest, up to 1.393 mg/g (dry base), flavonoids in mulberry peel was highest, 11.999 mg/g (dry base), polysaccharide content in black mulberry was the highest. It can reach 337.491 mg/g (dry base). Four principal components were extracted from 29 indexes by principal component analysis, and the cumulative contribution rate of variance was 97.000. The comprehensive score showed that the value of medicinal mulberry was higher.
