【摘要】:正民以食为天,食品安全在人们生活中的重要性不言而喻。但是,在食品科学飞速前进的时代,我国经常出现各种各样的食品安全问题。现阶段,食品安全成了大家关心的焦点问题。本文主要研究了食品微生物检验的内容及其检测科技等方面,希望可以给同行提供借鉴。在食品领域的科学研究里,食品微生物学是一门综合学科,涉及当代现代医学和现代农学等学科领域。通常而言,食品微生物能够划分为以下种类:第一是生产型食品微生物,借
