不同地区育龄妇女孕前心理压力风险调查

【摘要】：目的了解不同地区育龄妇女孕前心理压力风险情况,为有针对性进行孕前心理风险评估和干预提供参考。方法资料来源于2011—2014年国家免费孕前优生健康检查的3 608 290名育龄妇女调查数据,采用SPSS 20.0进行描述分析和χ~2检验,分析人口学特征和地区差异。结果 25~29岁年龄组(16.96%)、大专及本科(24.71%)和研究生及以上学历(36.67%)、服务业人员(32.42%)和教师及公务员(30.36%)、非农业户口(30.74%)的育龄妇女孕前心理压力风险的比例均较高;育龄妇女的孕前心理压力风险在东、中、西部3个地区差异有统计学意义(χ~2=63 597.06,P0.001),东部和西部地区有孕前心理压力风险的育龄妇女所占比例明显高于中部地区;2011—2014年随着年限的增加,东、中、西部地区育龄妇女孕前心理压力风险的比例均呈明显下降趋势。结论不同地区育龄妇女的孕前心理压力风险检出率存在明显差异。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the prepregnancy stress risk of women of different childbearing age in order to provide reference for prepregnancy psychological risk assessment and intervention. Methods the data were collected from the data of 3 608,290 women of childbearing age who received free pre-pregnancy health examination from 2011 to 2014. The demographic characteristics and regional differences were analyzed by SPSS 20.0 and 蠂 ~ 2 test. Results in the 2529 age group (16.96%), college and undergraduate degree (24.71%), graduate degree and above (36.67%), service workers (32.42%) and teachers and civil servants (30.36%), The risk of pre-pregnancy stress of non-agricultural household (30.74%) was higher than that of women of childbearing age (30.74%). The risk of pre-pregnancy stress of women of childbearing age was statistically significant in the east, middle and western regions (蠂 ~ 2 ~ 2 ~ (63) 597.06), and the proportion of women of childbearing age with pre-pregnancy psychological stress risk in the eastern and western regions was significantly higher than that in the central region. With the increase of the number of years in 2011-2014, the proportion of pre-pregnancy stress risk of women of childbearing age in the east, middle and west regions all showed a significant downward trend. Conclusion there are significant differences in the detection rate of pregestational stress risk among women of childbearing age in different areas.
