静安区公共场所集中空调通风系统卫生现状及监管对策初步研究
[Abstract]:Research background with the progress of society, the rapid development of economy and the continuous improvement of people's living standard, more and more central air conditioning and ventilation systems are used in urban buildings, especially in hotels and restaurants. Shopping malls and other public places are widely used. Centralized air conditioning and ventilation system brings people cold, heat and comfort, at the same time, it also brings us a series of health and safety hidden dangers. According to domestic and foreign research data, due to the long-term operation of air conditioning and ventilation system, the health awareness of the relevant personnel is not strong, and the hygiene knowledge is lacking. Improper cleaning and disinfection are the causes of indoor air pollution. Objective to analyze the sanitary status of centralized air conditioning and ventilation system in public places in Jingan district through the combination of basic theory and empirical research, and to discuss the application and adaptability of existing regulations in the sanitary supervision of centralized air conditioning and ventilation system. This paper summarizes the difficulties of supervision and the possible laws and regulations covering blind areas, and puts forward the supervision countermeasures to improve the health supervision effect of centralized air conditioning and ventilation system. Methods taking Jingan district as the research scope and the central air conditioning and ventilation system in public places as the research object, the health supervision status of the centralized air conditioning and ventilation system in public places was described and analyzed. Choose different kinds of central air conditioning and ventilation system in different public places according to the proportion to carry on the hygiene monitoring quantitative analysis, carry on questionnaire investigation and interview qualitative analysis to the related personnel, The sanitary status and supervision of central air conditioning and ventilation system in Jingan district were analyzed, and the conclusion was drawn. Research results 1. The need for centralized air conditioning and ventilation system due to economic growth in Jingan district; 2. The hygienic management level of central air conditioning and ventilation system in Jingan district should be strengthened; 3. There are problems in the design of central air conditioning and ventilation system in public places; 4. The health awareness of the central air conditioning and ventilation system of the relevant personnel varies greatly; 5. The construction of the health supervision system is not yet in place, and the quality of the health supervision team needs to be improved; 6. We will strengthen supervision and regulate the hygiene management of central air-conditioning and ventilation systems in public places. Conclusion to strengthen the supervision and management of public places, especially to strengthen the hygiene supervision and inspection of air conditioning and ventilation system. According to the requirements of the norms, the hygiene supervision and management of centralized air-conditioning should be included in the routine management, and the health supervision and management of centralized air-conditioning users should be strengthened, and the preventive health supervision of centralized air-conditioning systems in public places should be done at the same time. Ensure the hygiene quality of central air conditioning and ventilation system. Organize the publicity and training work of the Sanitary Code of centralized Air conditioning and ventilation system in Public places. The hygiene management of centralized air conditioning and ventilation system in public places is a new work with strong technology. It is necessary to find out the key objects in publicity and training, gradually enhance the health awareness of the masses, and focus on the managers of public places. Health supervisors and health inspectors organize training work, carry out various forms of propaganda and training on the knowledge of centralized air-conditioning health laws and regulations, enhance their awareness of health, and improve their level of health knowledge.
