米非司酮联合清宫术治疗流产的临床观察

【摘要】：目的:观察米非司酮联合清宫术治疗流产的临床疗效。方法:选择我院2013年1月-2016年4月收治的60例需要终止妊娠的患者,使用分组软件随机分为对照组和治疗组,各30例,对照组患者直接进行清宫术终止妊娠,治疗组患者给予口服米非司酮联合清宫术终止妊娠,观察两组患者的手术情况以及清宫次数。结果:对照组患者的手术时间、术中出血量以及阴道出血时间都高于治疗组患者,两组数据差异经比较有统计学意义(P0.05);对照组患者一次成功清宫24(80%)例,2次成功清宫6(20%)例,治疗组患者一次成功清宫29(96.7%)例,2次成功清宫1(3.3%)例,两组数据差异经比较具有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:对需要终止妊娠的女性进行清宫术时,联合米非司酮进行治疗能够有效地提高清宫成功率,同时手术过程中能有效缩短手术时间,减少出血量,临床上具有很高的应用价值。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the clinical effect of mifepristone combined with hysterectomy in the treatment of abortion. Methods: from January 2013 to April 2016, 60 patients who needed to terminate pregnancy were randomly divided into two groups: control group (n = 30) and treatment group (n = 30). The patients in the treatment group were treated with mifepristone combined with hysterectomy for termination of pregnancy, and the operation and the times of uterine debridement in the two groups were observed. Results: the operation time, bleeding volume and vaginal bleeding time in the control group were higher than those in the treatment group, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P0.05). There were 24 (80%) cases in the control group, 6 (20%) cases in the control group, 29 (96.7%) cases in the treatment group and 1 (3.3%) cases in the control group. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P0.05). Conclusion: the treatment of mifepristone combined with mifepristone can effectively improve the success rate of uterine debridement in women who need termination of pregnancy, and can effectively shorten the operation time and reduce the amount of bleeding during the operation. It has high application value in clinic.
