VITEK MS在快速检测食物中毒和菌株同源性分析中的初步应用

【摘要】:目的研究VITEK MS对细菌性食物中毒样品的快速检测方法和效果,以提高致病菌检测效率。同时即时对检出的菌株进行同源性分析,以协助调查患者发生食物中毒的原因,预防食物中毒的再次发生。方法针对疑似细菌性食物中毒的6份样品,增菌分离培养后使用VITEK MS进行检测,并使用VITEK MS附属的SARAMIS系统对检出的菌株进行同源性分析。结果 VITEK MS共检出3株条件致病菌粪肠球菌(Enterococcus faecalis)。同时SARAMIS系统通过质谱图进行同源性分析,表明3株菌具有高度同源性(90%以上)。结论 VITEK MS用于细菌性食物中毒的检测简单快速,对单个纯菌落进行菌种鉴定具有很高的准确性。同时还可以进行同源性分析,及时为现场流行病学调查提供帮助,具有良好的应用价值。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the method and effect of rapid detection of bacterial food poisoning samples by VITEK MS in order to improve the detection efficiency of pathogenic bacteria. At the same time, the homology analysis of the strains was carried out to help investigate the causes of food poisoning and prevent the recurrence of food poisoning. Methods six samples of suspected bacterial food poisoning were isolated and cultured by VITEK MS, and the homology of the detected strains was analyzed by SARAMIS system attached to VITEK MS. Results A total of 3 conditional pathogenic bacteria, Enterococcus faecalis, (Enterococcus faecalis). Were detected by VITEK MS. At the same time, the homology analysis of SARAMIS system showed that the three strains had high homology (more than 90%). Conclusion VITEK MS is a simple and rapid method for the detection of bacterial food poisoning. At the same time, homology analysis can be carried out in time to provide help for field epidemiological investigation, which has good application value.
