无锡地区人乳脂肪脂肪酸组成及sn-2位脂肪酸分布

【摘要】:采集无锡地区150例人乳样品,提取乳中脂肪后,采用气相色谱法对人乳脂肪中总脂肪酸及sn-2位脂肪酸进行测定。结果表明:人乳脂肪总脂肪酸中饱和脂肪酸含量较低,主要为棕榈酸,不饱和脂肪酸含量较高,主要为油酸和亚油酸。随着泌乳期的延长,中碳链饱和脂肪酸(C8∶0、C10∶0、C12∶0)及单不饱和脂肪酸(C16∶1)含量逐渐增加,而部分长碳链饱和脂肪酸及长碳链多不饱和脂肪酸如二十碳五烯酸(EPA)、二十二碳六烯酸(DHA)含量明显下降。人乳脂肪中sn-2位脂肪酸组成中饱和脂肪酸含量约为70%,主要为棕榈酸。
[Abstract]:Total fatty acids and sn-2 position fatty acids in human milk fat were determined by gas chromatography after extracting fat from human milk in Wuxi area. The results showed that the content of saturated fatty acids in total fatty acids of human milk fat was lower, mainly palmitic acid, unsaturated fatty acids were higher, mainly oleic acid and linoleic acid. With the prolongation of lactation period, the contents of medium carbon chain saturated fatty acids (C8, C10, C12) and monounsaturated fatty acids (C16) increased gradually. However, some long-chain saturated fatty acids and long-chain polyunsaturated fatty acids such as eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA), 22 (DHA) decreased significantly. The content of saturated fatty acids in human milk fat is about 70%, mainly palmitic acid.
