牛奶中硫氰酸盐的离子色谱测定法的改进

【摘要】:目的对牛奶中硫氰酸盐离子色谱测定法的样品预处理方法和色谱条件进行改进,提高方法的适用性。方法牛奶样品用氢氧化钠溶液加热沉淀蛋白,以AS14阴离子交换柱分离,3.5 mmol/LNa2CO3~1.0 mmol/L Na HCO3溶液洗脱,电导检测器检测。结果硫氰酸盐浓度在0.1mg/L~2.00 mg/L范围内线性良好,回归方程y=1.314×10-6x+0.024,r=0.9997,最低检出浓度0.8 mg/kg,精密度为1.5%~3.6%、加标回收率为93.5%~101.6%。结论本方法简便,快速,灵敏,适用于牛奶中的硫氰酸盐的检测。
