新型比色法快速测定天然矿泉水中的痕量汞离子

【摘要】:目的运用浊点萃取与纳米金探针联用技术,建立快速可视化检测天然矿泉水中汞离子的方法。方法合成可与汞离子特异性结合的小粒径纳米金探针,在pH 7.5条件下,于10 mL样品中加入200μL纳米金探针溶液和400μL 5%的Triton X-114进行浊点萃取,样品中的汞离子可进入Triton X-114相生色,通过观察Triton X-114相颜色的变化以及分光光度计检测,实现天然矿泉水中痕量汞离子的定性与定量检测。结果本方法肉眼可识别的汞离子浓度最低为5μg/L,分光光度法的检出限为1.8μg/L,线性范围为0~50μg/L,相关系数0.9945,分光光度法浓度测定结果与电感耦合等离子质谱法测定结果一致。结论该方法灵敏度高,检测时间短,操作简便,可用于天然矿泉水中汞离子的快速定性以及定量检测。
