2006—2015年辽宁口岸蚊、蝇种群结构及其携带病原体监测检测

【摘要】:目的综合分析辽宁口岸蚊类、蝇类监测结果及病原体检测结果,为辽宁口岸蚊类、蝇类及相关虫媒传染病的防控提供基础数据。方法 2006年1月-2015年12月,在辽宁口岸15个监测点,采用灯诱法、人帐诱捕法和勺捞法等监测蚊类;采用笼诱法网捕法监测蝇类。用RT-PCR等分子生物学技术对蚊类携带的日本脑炎病毒(Japanese encephalitis virus,JEV)、库蚊黄病毒(Culex flavivirus)等黄病毒属(Flavivirus)的病毒进行检测;利用细菌学技术对蝇类携带的致病菌(条件致病菌)进行检测;利用寄生虫学技术对蝇类携带的寄生虫虫卵进行检测。结果共捕获蚊类3属15种119 184只、蝇类40属101种238 065只。淡色库蚊(Culex pipiens pallens)为辽宁口岸优势蚊种,丝光绿蝇(Lucilia sericata)等丽蝇科(Calliphoridae)种类为辽宁口岸优势蝇种。从蚊类样本中检测到日本脑炎病毒和库蚊黄病毒,从蝇类样品检测到肺炎克雷伯菌(Klebsiella Pneumoniae)、铜绿假单胞菌(Pseudomonas aeruginosa)和松鼠葡萄球菌(Staphylococcus sciuri)等39种致病菌(条件致病菌)。结论辽宁口岸蚊类和蝇类均携带多种病原体,存在传播相关传染病的风险,应进一步加强防控措施。
[Abstract]:Objective To provide basic data for the prevention and control of mosquito, fly and related insect-borne infectious diseases at the port of Liaoning. Methods From January 2006 to December 2015, there were 15 monitoring points in Liaoning port, such as lamp-induced method, human-account trapping method and spoon-fishing method. The detection of the virus of the yellow virus, such as the Japanese encephalitis virus (JEV), Culex flaccidae, and the like, was carried out by using the molecular biological techniques such as RT-PCR, and the pathogenic bacteria (conditions and pathogens) carried by the flies were detected by the bacteriological technique. And the parasitology technology is used for detecting the parasitic worm eggs carried by the fly. Results There were 15 119 184 species of mosquitoes, and 101 species of fly-like species were found in 101 species of 238 065. Culex piens pallens (Culex piens pallens) is the dominant species of Liriomyidae in Liaoning. 39 kinds of pathogenic bacteria, such as Klebsiella pneumoniae, Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Staphylococcus sciuri, were detected from the mosquito samples. Conclusion The mosquitoes and flies in Liaoning port carry a variety of pathogens, and there is the risk of the transmission of related infectious diseases, and the prevention and control measures should be further strengthened.
