鄂西北少数民族地区乡村老年人膳食调查

【摘要】:目的了解鄂西北少数民族地区乡村老年人饮食行为。方法随机抽取鄂西北少数民族地区某乡镇年满60岁的常驻老年人为调查对象,一对一调查其饮食情况和膳食习惯,测量身高、体重、血压等相关身体指标。结果该地老年人以谷类食物为主,蔬菜的食用量297.22 g/d;食用油93.4 g/d;老年人的饮水主要是白水,每天饮水量低于1 000 ml为44.44%;经常食用粗粮83%,经常吃豆类食物80%;50%以上常吃熏肉、腌菜和泡菜;超重和肥胖者占48.77%。结论该地区老年人保留了大多数传统的饮食习惯,食物种类单一,粗粮食用比例高,但烹调油问题突出,健康知识缺乏,肥胖和超重比例偏高,慢性病患病率较高。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the dietary behavior of rural elderly in ethnic minority areas of northwest Hubei. Methods the resident elderly over 60 years old in ethnic minority areas of northwest Hubei were randomly selected as the subjects to investigate their diet and dietary habits, height, weight, blood pressure and other related physical indexes.
