垂体后叶素局部注射治疗瘢痕子宫妊娠人工流产术中大出血患者的临床效果

【摘要】：目的评价垂体后叶素局部注射治疗瘢痕子宫妊娠人工流产术中大出血患者的疗效。方法选取瘢痕子宫妊娠人工流产术中大出血患者42例,均分为两组,对照组21例采用缩宫素局部肌内注射止血,试验组21例接受垂体后叶素局部注射治疗,评价治疗效果。结果两组活动性出血停止时间、继续出血量、出血后血红蛋白水平、术后住院时间对比,试验组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P0.05),两组术后抗生素使用时间及阴道流血停止时间、不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P0.05)。结论垂体后叶素局部注射治疗瘢痕子宫妊娠人工流产术中大出血,安全可靠。
[Abstract]:Objective To evaluate the effect of partial injection of pituitrin in the treatment of patients with major bleeding during pregnancy induced abortion. Methods 42 cases of major bleeding were divided into two groups: control group (21 cases) and control group (21 cases) were treated with local injection of oxytocin, and the treatment effect was evaluated. Results The time of the two groups of active bleeding, the amount of blood loss, the level of hemoglobin after the bleeding and the time of the post-operative hospital stay were compared, the test group was better than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P0.05), and the use time of the antibiotics and the stopping time of the vaginal bleeding after the operation of the two groups. There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions (P0.05). Conclusion Local injection of pituitrin is safe and reliable for the treatment of major bleeding in the uterine pregnancy induced abortion.
