2015年淄博市水源性高碘地区重点人群碘营养状况调查

【摘要】:目的了解淄博市水源性高碘地区孕妇等5类重点人群的碘营养状况以及不同人群之间是否存在差异。方法随机抽取高青县东、西、南、北、中5个个方位的的5个乡镇,采集居民户食用盐和水样进行检测;采集孕妇等5类重点人群的尿样进行尿碘检测,并对8~10岁儿童进行甲状腺B超检查。结果 2015年共采集居民户盐300份,均为无碘盐,无碘盐率为100%;采集水样52份,中位数为225.20μg/L;采集8~10岁儿童、孕妇、哺乳期妇女、婴幼儿和育龄妇女5类重点人群尿样455份,尿碘中位数分别为392.20、168.90、164.80、238.30和375.85μg/L,不同人群尿碘浓度差异有统计学意义(F=6.047,P0.001=;8~10岁儿童甲肿率为52.71%。结论 2015年高青县水碘中位数显示仍为高碘地区,8~10岁儿童和育龄妇女尿碘水平处于碘过量状态,孕妇、哺乳期妇女和婴幼儿碘营养处于适宜状态,8~10岁儿童甲状腺肿大率处于较高发病水平,重点人群受高碘危害比较严重,应当加强高碘地区不同人群的碘营养状况监测及指导;儿童的尿碘水平不能完全代表孕妇等重点人群的的碘营养状况,应建立孕妇等重点人群自身的碘营养状况监测标准。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the iodine nutrition status of pregnant women in Zibo water-borne iodine excess area and whether there are differences among different populations.
