基于多算法比较的静态调强射野分割优化研究

【摘要】:文章通过比较具体临床算例下Galvin、Siochi、Luan 3种典型精确放疗多叶光栅射野分割算法输出结果,研究不同算法对多叶光栅叶片序列优化效果。通过采用3种叶片序列算法比较总子野个数和总机器跳数结果来改进临床多叶光栅叶片序列输出的方法,可以根据不同临床需求获得放射治疗时间较短或光子利用率较高的子野分割效果,是一种有效的叶片序列优化策略,在治疗计划系统中有广阔的应用前景。
[Abstract]:In this paper, we compare the output results of three typical accurate radiotherapy-induced multileaf grating field segmentation algorithms for Galvinn Siochion Luan in a specific clinical example. The effects of different algorithms on the leaf sequence optimization of multileaf grating were studied. The method of clinical multileaf grating leaf sequence output was improved by comparing the total number of subfields and the total machine hops with three leaf sequence algorithms. The sub-field segmentation effect with shorter radiotherapy time or higher photon utilization rate can be obtained according to different clinical needs. It is an effective leaf sequence optimization strategy and has a broad application prospect in the treatment planning system.
