基于心电图的CT心脏扫描系统与实现

【摘要】:当今世界范围内,计算机断层扫描技术(Computed Tomography,缩写是CT)被广泛的应用于医疗和教育等领域。近些年来,随着我国心脏,心血管疾病的发病率不断高攀,心脏扫描,尤其是对冠状动脉细节的扫描,已经成为CT的重点应用领域。然而由于心脏的周期搏动特性,如何提高心脏扫描的成像质量同时降低患者受到的辐射剂量也成为了CT心脏扫描的重点和难点。 针对上述问题,这篇论文首先分析了当前CT心脏扫描技术的研究现状,例举全球主要CT提供商在提高心脏扫描成像质量和降低患者受到辐射剂量方面的各主流技术手段,提出其各自存在的问题。然后以某著名CT设备制造商的Emotion系列CT中心肺扫描接口(Cardio Pulmo Interface,缩写为CPI)模块为基础,进行了深入的研究并且设计出了一种通过实时心电图(Electronic Cardio Gram,缩写是ECG),提高上述两个指标的系统设计实现。并在论文的结尾提出进一步改良后的,更为严格的系统设计构想。 首先讨论了构成该系统设计的功能模块划分:心电信号获取模块、心脏扫描接口模块(本文所论述的系统设计的核心模块)、扫描主控模块、X射线发生模块、数据管理系统以及图像重构模块。 接着详细的论述了该系统的核心实现算法。并且围绕该算法的实现,描述了心电信号获取模块、心脏扫描接口模块、扫描主控模块的功能划分和相互间的控制和信息交互。然后对该算法在一些特殊心脏扫描需求和不同的扫描模式下的适应性上进行了分析。同时与其他几种主流技术手段和业内的发展方向进行多角度的对比。 最后对该系统设计的技术扩展相关内容进行了深入讨论。
[Abstract]:Nowadays, computed tomography (CTT) is widely used in medical and educational fields.In recent years, with the increasing incidence of heart and cardiovascular diseases in China, cardiac scanning, especially for the details of coronary artery, has become a key application field of CT.However, because of the periodic pulsatility of the heart, how to improve the imaging quality of cardiac scan and reduce the radiation dose of patients has become the focus and difficulty of CT cardiac scan.In order to solve the above problems, this paper first analyzes the current research status of CT cardiac scan technology, and gives examples of the major CT providers in improving the quality of cardiac scan imaging and reducing the radiation dose of patients.Put forward their respective problems.Then it is based on the Emotion series of CT central lung scanning interfaces, known as the Cardio Pulmo Interface, a well-known manufacturer of CT equipment.This paper studies deeply and designs a system to improve the above two indexes by means of real-time electrocardiogram (ECG) and electronic Cardio Grammar (abbreviated as ECG).At the end of the paper, a more strict system design is proposed.Firstly, the functional modules that constitute the design of the system are discussed: ECG signal acquisition module, heart scan interface module (the core module of the system design discussed in this paper, scanning main control module, X-ray generation module, and so on).Data management system and image reconstruction module.Then the core algorithm of the system is discussed in detail.Around the realization of the algorithm, the paper describes the ECG acquisition module, the heart scan interface module, the scanning main control module function division and mutual control and information exchange.Then, the adaptability of the algorithm to some special cardiac scan requirements and different scan modes is analyzed.At the same time with several other mainstream technical means and the development direction of the industry to carry out a multi-angle comparison.Finally, the related contents of the technical extension of the system design are discussed in depth.
