64排螺旋CT对冠心病的诊断价值分析

【摘要】：目的探究64排螺旋CT对冠心病的诊断价值,为临床提供指导。方法选取2014年10月~2016年5月我院收治的疑似冠心病患者66例作为研究对象,对其均实施64排螺旋CT扫描以及冠状动脉造影检查,以冠状动脉造影检查的结果作为金标准,研究对比64排螺旋CT扫描和冠状动脉造影检查的结果,分析64排螺旋CT对冠心病的诊断价值。结果 64排螺旋CT扫描冠心病的敏感性为90.00%,特异性为83.33%,准确率为89.39%,将其准确率和冠状动脉造影检查(100.00%)进行对比,差异无统计学意义(P0.05)。结论对冠心病患者实施64排螺旋CT检查具有较显著的临床意义,准确率较高。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore the diagnostic value of 64-slice spiral CT for coronary heart disease. Methods Sixty-six patients with suspected coronary heart disease admitted in our hospital from October 2014 to May 2016 were selected as study subjects. 64-slice spiral CT scan and coronary angiography were performed. The results of coronary angiography were taken as the gold standard. The results of 64-slice spiral CT and coronary angiography were compared and the diagnostic value of 64-slice spiral CT in coronary heart disease was analyzed. Results the sensitivity, specificity and accuracy of 64-slice spiral CT scan for coronary heart disease were 90.005, 83.33 and 89.39, respectively. There was no significant difference between the sensitivity of 64-slice spiral CT and coronary angiography (P 0.05). Conclusion 64-slice spiral CT examination has significant clinical significance and high accuracy in patients with coronary heart disease.
