正常老年人肝脏CT与年龄变化的相关性研究

【摘要】:目的探讨CT测量正常老年人肝脏体积变化规律及其意义。材料与方法选取100例无肝脏疾病和无肝脏体积增大因素的CT检查者,共分五组:50岁以下组(对照组),36例,51~59岁组,60~69岁组,,70~79岁组,80岁以上组。测量计算各组肝脏的体积。肝脏体积采用MSCT肝脏体积测量技术,计算机自带Volume软件进行体积测量。对不同组年龄的测量结果进行统计学比较分析。结果本法测得:1、正常对照组(50岁以下组)平均肝脏体积为(1150.30±172.40)cm~3,2、50岁以上60岁以下组平均肝脏体积为(1116.20±165.56)cm~3;3、60岁以上70岁以下组平均肝体积为(1013.17±157.80)cm~3;4、70岁以上80岁以下组平均肝体积(910.26±148.56)cm~3;5、80岁以上组平均肝体积(849.21±139.14)cm~3。四组与对照组比较均有显著差异(P<0.005),与身高(body height)、体重(body weight)、体表面积(body surface area)之间均存在着正相关关系。γ分别为0.678、0.821、0.886 ,均有显著性(P 0.001),由体表面积推导正常人群标准肝脏体积公式为:LV(cm~3 ) = 570.2×体表面积(m2) + 167.2。随着年龄的增长,肝脏的体积、最大平面面积均有缩小趋势。肝脏体积与最大平面面积密切相关,相关系数在0.82以上。结论1、MSCT肝脏体积测量技术能较准确测量老年人肝脏的体积与最大平面面积,且随着年龄的增大而缩小,方法简单可行。避免老年肝因体积缩小而误诊为病变肝起积极意义。2、老年人肝脏体积与身高、体重和体表面积密切相关。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the regularity and significance of CT measurement of liver volume in normal elderly people. Materials and methods 100 patients with no liver disease and no factors of liver volume enlargement were selected and divided into five groups: 36 patients under 50 years old (control group), 60 69 years old group, 70 79 years old group and above 80 years old group. The volume of liver in each group was measured and calculated. MSCT was used to measure the liver volume, and the volume software was used to measure the liver volume. The measurement results of different age groups were compared and analyzed statistically. Results the mean liver volume of the normal control group (< 50 years old) was (1150.30 卤172.40) cm ~ (-1). The mean liver volume of the group over 50 years old was (1116.20 卤165.56) cm ~ (3) cm ~ (-1). The average liver volume of the group under 70 years old was (1013.17 卤157.80) cm ~ (-1) ~ (3N) ~ (172.40) cm ~ (-1), the mean liver volume of the group under 80 years old was (910.26 卤148.56) cm ~ (-1) 路cm ~ (-3); The mean liver volume was (849.21 卤139.14) cm ~ (-1) in the group over 80 years old. There was a significant difference between the four groups and the control group (P < 0.005), and there was a positive correlation between the four groups and the body surface area (body surface area) of height, weight, (body weight), 纬 = 0.678 卤0.821 卤0.886, respectively. The standard liver volume formula of normal population was: 1: LV (cm~3) = 570.2 脳 body surface area (m2) 167.2. With the increase of age, the volume of liver and the maximum plane area have a tendency to decrease. The volume of liver was closely related to the maximum plane area, and the correlation coefficient was above 0.82. Conclusion (1) MSCT can accurately measure the liver volume and the maximum plane area of the elderly, and decrease with age. The method is simple and feasible. The volume of liver in the elderly was closely related to height, weight and surface area.
