部队卫生防疫人力资源配置标准的研究

【摘要】:目的:测算部队卫生防疫人力资源配置标准。方法:采用马尔柯夫模型(Mapkob model)预测法对部队卫生防疫人力资源的配置标准(职称比例)进行测算。结果:测算显示2002年部队卫生防疫人力资源总量为××人,2003年为××人。预测2004年部队卫生防疫人力资源总量为××人,职称配置比例为主治医师(主治技师)∶医师(技师)∶医士(技士)=1∶1.5∶1.7,显示未来拥有部队卫生防疫人力资源结构比例配置呈现出一种趋向性变化。结论:现阶段部队卫生防疫部队卫生防疫人力资源中的职称比例配置标准与马尔柯夫模型预测法测算出的配置标准有差异,配置标准应以主治医师(主治技师)∶医师(技师):医士(技士)=1∶1.5:1.7为宜。
[Abstract]:Objective: to calculate the human resource allocation standard of health and epidemic prevention in army.Methods: Markov model Mapkob model method was used to calculate the allocation standard (professional title ratio) of human resources of health and epidemic prevention in army.Results: the total human resources of health and epidemic prevention were 脳 脳 people in 2002 and 脳 脳 people in 2003.It is predicted that the total amount of human resources for health and epidemic prevention in the army in 2004 is 脳 脳 people.The proportion of professional title allocation to that of attending physician (attending technician: physician: doctor 1: 1.5: 1.7) shows that the proportion of human resource structure of health and epidemic prevention in the future has a tendency to change.Conclusion: there is a difference between the standard of professional title proportion in the human resources of health and epidemic prevention and the one calculated by Markov model prediction method.The appropriate allocation standard should be attending physician (attending technician: physician): doctor (1: 1.5: 1.7).
