歼击机飞行员血脂异常类型的分析

【摘要】：目的研究中国空军歼击机飞行员血脂水平及血脂异常的类型特点,及其在军事飞行“人-机-环境-任务”链中的影响,从而有助于指导血脂异常的防治工作。方法对400例健康,年龄为21~45岁的歼击机飞行员的血样采用全自动生化分析仪进行分析,按照我国“血脂异常防治建议”,并参考美国“NCEP-ATPⅢ防治指南”给予评价和区分类型。结果本组21~45岁年龄段中21~35岁者占82.3%,血脂异常者高达63.8%;属“合适水平”者仅占36.2%。其中,高TC血症占30.3%;高TG血症占16.3%;低HDL-C血症占10.5%;混合型高脂血症占6.8%。高TC血症中符合Ⅱa型诊断标准者占33.1%、混合型高脂血症中符合Ⅱb型诊断标准者占48.2%。结论本组空军歼击机飞行员血脂异常者高达63.8%,血脂异常对第三代高性能战斗机飞行员战术飞行安全存在潜在威胁,提示空军歼击机飞行员血脂异常的有效预防和治疗工作亟待加强。
