茶树纯露的化学成分及抑菌活性研究

  茶树纯露(tea tree hydrosol,TTH)是桃金娘科(Myrtaceae)白千层属(Melaleuca L.)植物互叶白千层(Melaleuca alternifolia)的枝叶在水蒸气蒸馏生产精油时分离出来的水相,为无色的澄清水溶液,具有清新、肉豆蔻芳香气味。白千层属植物大多数为多年生木本植物,全世界有290种,主要分布在澳大利亚和东南亚。在我国主要分布于广西、广东、云南、海南、福建等地。目前已开展化学成分或药理活性研究的本属植物有12种,包括白千层M.leucadendron、互叶白千层M.alternifolia、千层金M.bracteata、石南叶白千层M.ericifolia、绿花白千层M.viridiflora、下垂白千层M.armillaris、M.styphelioides、M.linarrifolia、M.fulgens、五脉白千层M.quinquenervia、M.squarrosa和M.linarrifolia。《中华本草》、《中药大辞典》和《新华本草纲要》等经典著作对白千层均有收录,其叶味辛性凉,具有祛风解表、利湿止痒之功效,主治感冒发热、风湿骨痛、...
