老年骨质疏松性股骨颈骨折的中西医结合治疗

【摘要】：目的观察空心加压螺钉内固定联合中药治疗老年骨质疏松性股骨颈骨折的疗效。方法 76例患者随机分为治疗组及对照组,每组38例,两组均采用空心加压螺钉内固定治疗。治疗组予中药内服外敷,对照组服用钙尔奇D及罗盖全。结果术后随访6～32个月,平均18个月,优良率治疗组为92.1%,对照组为78.9%,两组对比有显著性差异(P0.05);两组术后1、3、6个月Harris评分比较均有显著性差异(P均0.05)。结论空心加压螺钉内固定联合中药内服外敷治疗老年骨质疏松性股骨颈骨折疗效显著,值得临床推广。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the effect of internal fixation with hollow compression screw combined with traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of senile osteoporotic femoral neck fracture. Methods 76 patients were randomly divided into treatment group (n = 38) and control group (n = 38). The treatment group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine, while the control group was treated with Calcici D and Luogai Quan. Results the follow-up period was 6 ~ 32 months (mean 18 months). The excellent and good rate was 92.1in the treatment group and 78.9 in the control group. There was a significant difference between the two groups (P 0.05), and the Harris scores were significantly different between the two groups at 1 and 6 months after operation (P < 0.05). Conclusion the treatment of senile osteoporotic femoral neck fracture with internal fixation of hollow compression screw combined with internal and external application of traditional Chinese medicine is effective and worthy of clinical popularization.
