中西医结合治疗支气管扩张咯血55例

【摘要】：目的:观察中西医结合治疗支气管扩张咯血的临床疗效。方法:将83例患者随机分为2组。对照组28例采用西医常规治疗;治疗组55例在对照组治疗的基础上加用自拟支扩方治疗。观察2组临床疗效及咯血症状、体征消失时间。结果:治愈率治疗组为85.45%,对照组为75.00%,2组比较,差异有非常显著性意义(P0.01)。结论:中西医结合治疗支气管扩张咯血有较好的疗效。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the clinical effect of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of bronchiectasis and hemoptysis. Methods: 83 patients were randomly divided into two groups. 28 cases in the control group were treated with routine western medicine, and 55 cases in the treatment group were treated with self-made branch expansion prescription on the basis of treatment in the control group. The clinical efficacy, hemoptysis symptoms and disappearance time of signs were observed in the two groups. Results: the cure rate was 85.45% in the treatment group and 75.00% in the control group. There was significant difference between the two groups (P 0.01). Conclusion: the combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine is effective in the treatment of bronchiectasis and hemoptysis.
