比较分析TACE手术与TACE联合索拉非尼在肝癌治疗中对肿瘤相关血管的影响

目的:通过回顾性研究,分析比较单纯接受TACE手术与接受TACE联合索拉非尼治疗后的晚期肝癌患者中,肿瘤相关血管的改变。方法:回顾性的研究与分析我院20名晚期肝癌患者的相关临床数据。每位患者所接受的治疗全部根据自己的意愿决定:在此基础之上,综合考虑患者的治疗意愿和具体病情之后,划分为接受联合治疗的TS组(TACE联合索拉非尼Sorafenib)(n=10)和单纯接受TACE手术治疗的TACE组(n=10)。数字减影血管造影图由两位对患者治疗方法放射科医生进行测量分析。在血管造影图中,借助相关的软件仪器,可以分别将肝总动脉、肝固有动脉、肝右动脉、脾动脉、胃左动脉、胃十二指肠动脉、门静脉的血管直径及肿瘤微血管数目测量出来;在获得以上的数据之后,对两组接受治疗前后的数据以及两组之间的数据进行综合分析和比较,结果:在TS组中,肝总动脉、肝固有动脉、肝右动脉的血管直径和肿瘤微血管数目在服用索拉非尼之后显著的减少了(P<0.05),与此同时,脾动脉、胃左动脉、胃十二指肠动脉的血管直径在治疗前后并没有显著改变(P>0.05);在TACE组中,以下这些血管直径在接受治疗前后并没有显著的变化...
