聚丙烯腈基聚合物刷/纳米金复合物的制备及其对肿瘤标志物的检测

癌症居于人类致死率极高的疾病之首,在医学发展较为完善的当今,仍是科学发展中亟待攻克的一个难关。通过电化学免疫传感器对肿瘤标志物(Tumor marker, TM)进行检测,为癌症的分期和分级,以及癌症的筛选和危险评估提供了依据,进而为肿瘤的早期诊断和治疗赢得了时间。“活性”/可控自由基聚合(“Living”/controlled radical polymerization, CRP)相比较于传统的自由基聚合而言,具有反应条件温和,并且制备的聚合物的分子量分布较窄的优势,将其与点击化学速率快、效率高等优点相结合,为功能性聚合物刷的制备提供了一种新手段。本论文在利用CRP方法分别制备可控的主链和侧链聚合物后,利用点击化学(Click Chemistry)可以高效快速地制备可控型聚合物刷,与纳米金(Au nanoparticles, AuNPs)作用构筑星形复合物,并研究了其对多种肿瘤标志物的单一和联合的高灵敏检测。以偶氮二异丁腈(Azodiisobutyronitrile,AIBN)为引发剂,4-氰基戊酸二硫代苯甲酸(4-cyano pentanoic acid disulfide ge...
