和合文化与社会治理现代化研究

【摘要】：一种理论最终的出路必然在于指导实践,否则这种理论就不会有生命力。和合文化之所以成为中华民族文化的精髓,其根本原因在于“和合”乃炎黄子孙安身立命之精神家园。中国传统文化崇尚以人为本,极具人文关怀,和合生生之道,大化流行,绵延千年而不竭。时下,构建和谐社会战略任务的提出,使和合文化成为对社会治理具有重要指导意义的精神文化资源。当前社会治理方面存在着诸多问题,例如政社不分、社会危机、政府合法性危机等,究其原因,主要是社会治理理念、主体、方式、模式与社会现实不相适应。发展和完善社会治理方面存在的种种弊端是和合文化与社会治理相结合的现实要求。运用和合文化蕴含的社会治理的文化资源,解决当下治国理政中的矛盾,也是传承和发扬优秀传统文化的内在要求。和合文化作为一种思想文化资源,在促进社会治理现代化方面具有重要意义,其中“和合圆融”、“天人合一”观念有助于社会治理理念的现代化;“多元共生”、“一多相容”有助于社会治理主体呈现多元化;“执两用中”、“阴阳和合”有助于社会治理手段以及模式的合理化与科学化。理论的生命力在于指导实践,和合文化与社会治理实现融合的路径是,首先,应大力发展和合教育,引导学生体认和合文化,培养拥有和合价值理念的个体,促进社会治理理念的现代化。其次,学会运用“以谋制胜”的和合智慧做好社会治理的顶层设计,创新社会治理方式。最后,运用“和合指数”促进政府转变社会治理模式,推进社会治理模式现代化。
[Abstract]:The ultimate way out for a theory is to guide practice, otherwise this theory will not have vitality. The reason why the culture of harmony has become the essence of Chinese culture, The fundamental reason for this is that "harmony" is the spiritual home for the Chinese people. Chinese traditional culture advocates people first, has the utmost humanistic concern, harmonizes the way of life and life, becomes popular and lasts for thousands of years. The strategic task of constructing a harmonious society has made the culture of harmony become a spiritual and cultural resource of great significance to the social governance.
