思虑与实践三段论

【摘要】："思虑"作为一种为实现目的而寻找手段的理智探索活动,它能否等同于一种实践的演绎推理形式,这个问题在学界有着广泛争论。本文认为在亚里士多德系统内部存在一种类似理论三段论的实践演绎形式,但这并不等同于思虑的表现形式。思虑具有的是理智探索功能,而实践三段论是用来解释和激发行动的。在某些情况下,如德性主体为实现其目的而付诸行动时,思虑与实践三段论二者的功能会紧密结合在一起,这时候就容易产生混淆。
[Abstract]:As a rational activity of searching for means to achieve an end, can "thinking" be equated with a form of deductive reasoning in practice? This problem has been widely debated in the academic world. This paper argues that there is a practical deductive form similar to theoretical syllogism within Aristotle system, but this is not the same as the manifestation of thought, which has the function of rational exploration. The practical syllogism is used to explain and stimulate action. In some cases, the functions of thinking and practice syllogism are closely combined when the moral subject is put into action to achieve its purpose, and it is easy to be confused at this time.
