【摘要】：曾国藩以儒家经籍为本,充分吸收、借鉴传统家训,总结曾氏家族的家风,形成了自己的治家思想和理念。曾国藩注重恭敬平和的治家道德,将其视为家道盛兴的基础。他又将曾氏家风总结为八字为本的家居之法,其理想是成为一个耕读孝友之家。曾国藩非常重视读书学习,以进德修业为树人之道,要求子弟家人做"读书明理之君子"。他推崇中国的勤俭美德,同时又注重与此密切相关的养生之道,提出各种具体的规范和方法,以此作为持家之规。曾国藩的治家思想和理念,贯注着中国传统的伦理政治文化,体现了农耕社会的治家特点,给今天提供了有益的启示,但有些内容是不科学的。
[Abstract]:Zeng Guofan, based on the Confucian classics, fully absorbed and drew lessons from the traditional family teachings, summed up the family style of the Zeng family, and formed his own thoughts and ideas on how to run the family. He also summed up the style of Zeng's family as a household method based on eight characters. His ideal was to become a family of filial piety and filial piety. Zeng Guofan attached great importance to reading and studying, and took virtue and study as the way to cultivate people. He called on his children to be "a gentleman who reads and understands reason." he respected the virtues of thrift in China, and, at the same time, he paid attention to the way of keeping healthy, which was closely related to it, and put forward various specific norms and methods. Zeng Guofan's thought and idea of running a family, which is full of Chinese traditional ethical and political culture, embodies the characteristics of farming society, and provides useful enlightenment for today, but some contents are unscientific.
