【摘要】：蛊卦卦义为治蛊除弊、整治腐败,其卦辞和爻辞针对弊坏腐败的局面以及不同程度、情况的弊坏提出了相应的整治策略。清除积弊、治蛊除恶要因时因事而制宜,既不能柔弱姑息,也不能过于刚直,应针对不同的对象和问题采取恰当的措施。作为执政者,要能够任用贤能,使上下呼应、刚柔相济,以攻艰克难、兴利除弊,最终使治蛊大计获得成功。在蛊乱之世,有志之士应及时奋起,清奸除恶,施展抱负,使社会重现清明之风。在治蛊的过程中,要充分认识到其中的困难与危险,提前做好周密安排,做到"临事而惧,好谋而成",先计而后行,同时,要将眼光放长远,做好长期规划,行动实施后要观察核实,使成效扎实长久。
