传统儒家思想对企业文化建设的意义

【摘要】：本文以传统儒家思想对企业文化建设的意义为主要研究内容,分析企业进行文化建设的必要性及意义,对目前我国企业文化建设中存在的不足进行了探讨,针对企业存在的问题提出传统儒家思想对企业文化建设的主要意义,希望对于企业文化建设方面有所借鉴。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the significance of traditional Confucianism to the construction of enterprise culture is studied, the necessity and significance of enterprise culture construction are analyzed, and the deficiency of enterprise culture construction in our country is discussed.In view of the problems existing in enterprises, this paper puts forward the main significance of the traditional Confucian thought to the construction of enterprise culture, and hopes that it can be used for reference in the construction of enterprise culture.
