“两山”理论的制度性实在建构

【摘要】：基于塞尔学说,建构"两山"制度的关键是通过言语行为能力建构制度性事实体系来重视原始事实,然后又用原始事实的存在保障了制度性事实的建构与发展。奥尔曼的内在关系辩证法能够克服塞尔制度性实在理论框架的断裂、静态化和极简化的缺陷,使得"绿水青山"和"金山银山"是一种关系整体,两者之间的相互作用是自身本质的一部分。
[Abstract]:Based on Searle's theory, the key to construct the system of "two mountains" is to pay attention to the original facts through the ability of speech act to construct the institutional fact system, and then to guarantee the construction and development of the institutional facts with the existence of the original facts. Orman's internal relationship dialectics can overcome the defects of Searle's theoretical framework of institutional reality, static and simplified, and make "Green Water and Green Mountain" and "Jinshan Silver Mountain" as a whole. The interaction between the two is part of their essence.
