【摘要】：近年来,新媒体时代的意识形态安全的问题已成为许多学者和专家研究的热点问题,而意识形态安全也是马克思主义哲学领域研究的一个重要问题。随着新媒体时代的发展,意识形态安全问题越来越被关注和思考,它关系到一个国家的长治久安。本文尝试以马克思主义哲学为依据,以新媒体时代与意识形态安全的特殊关联为出发点,重点探讨新媒体时代为维护意识形态安全带来的机遇和挑战,使人们认识到必须充分利用新媒体的发展,抓住机遇,应对挑战,并着重从维护意识形态安全的战略意识、根本目标、建设体系、管理体制及运行机制等方面提出一系列有针对性的对策。本文主要包括四部分:第一部分,从唯物史观视角对意识形态安全进行阐述。首先阐述了意识形态及意识形态安全的基本内涵。其次,对意识形态安全的社会功能即与人的塑造和社会发展两方面进行深入剖析。第二部分,对新媒体时代意识形态安全的特殊性进行了深入分析。首先立足于唯物史观解读新媒体时代及其特征;其次进行新媒体对意识形态安全作用的机理分析,从新媒体技术和信息层面分别对意识形态安全的影响进行了辩证分析,由此论证新媒体时代意识形态安全所呈现出的特殊性。第三部分,论述新媒体时代我国意识形态安全面临的机遇与挑战。首先论述了新媒体时代为打破国际传媒垄断、开拓主流意识形态主导话语权以及推动意识形态综合建设方面带来的战略机遇,其次从信息主权、主流意识形态主导地位以及国民文化认同和价值观念等方面入手,展开论述我国意识形态安全所面临的多重挑战。第四部分,提出对策。首先探讨了增强维护新媒体时代意识形态安全的战略意识,分别从危机意识、整体意识、优先意识以及创新意识进行论述。其次阐述了维护新媒体时代意识形态安全的根本目标,即巩固马克思主义在意识形态领域的指导地位和增强社会主义核心价值观的认知认同。再次,从政府治理与社会自律、法制建设与道德约束、技术开发与教育创新等方面探讨了着力构建新媒体时代多层次的意识形态建设体系。最后,论述了建立完善新媒体时代意识形态安全的管理体制及运作机制。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the issue of ideological security in the new media era has become a hot issue for many scholars and experts, and ideological security is also an important issue in the field of Marxist philosophy. With the development of the new media era, the ideological security has been paid more and more attention and thought, which is related to the long-term stability of a country. Based on the Marxist philosophy and the special relationship between the new media era and ideological security, this paper tries to discuss the opportunities and challenges of the new media era to safeguard the ideological security. Making people aware of the need to take full advantage of the development of new media, seize opportunities, meet challenges and focus on building systems from the strategic awareness and fundamental goal of maintaining ideological security, A series of targeted countermeasures are put forward in the aspects of management system and operation mechanism. This paper mainly includes four parts: the first part, from the perspective of historical materialism to elaborate on ideological security. First of all, it expounds the basic connotation of ideology and ideological security. Secondly, the social function of ideological security is deeply analyzed from two aspects: the shaping of human beings and the development of society. The second part analyzes the particularity of ideology security in the new media era. Firstly, based on the historical materialism to interpret the new media era and its characteristics; secondly, to analyze the mechanism of the new media to the ideological security, and to analyze the influence of the new media technology and information on the ideological security from the perspective of new media technology and information, respectively. Therefore, it demonstrates the particularity of ideological security in the new media age. The third part discusses the opportunities and challenges of ideological security in the new media era. First of all, it discusses the strategic opportunities brought by the new media era in order to break the monopoly of international media, exploit the dominant right of the mainstream ideology and promote the comprehensive construction of ideology, and secondly, from the perspective of information sovereignty. Starting with the dominant position of the mainstream ideology and the national cultural identity and value concept, this paper discusses the multiple challenges to the ideological security of our country. The fourth part, puts forward the countermeasure. Firstly, it discusses how to strengthen the strategic consciousness of maintaining the ideological security in the new media era, and discusses it from the crisis consciousness, the whole consciousness, the priority consciousness and the innovation consciousness. Secondly, it expounds the fundamental goal of maintaining the ideological security in the new media era, that is, to consolidate the guiding position of Marxism in the ideological field and to strengthen the cognitive identity of socialist core values. Thirdly, from the aspects of government governance and social self-discipline, legal system construction and moral restraint, technology development and educational innovation, this paper discusses how to build a multi-level ideology construction system in the new media era. Finally, it discusses how to establish and perfect the management system and operation mechanism of ideology security in the new media era.
