论儒家伦理的差等与平等之统一

【摘要】:以"仁"为核心的差等之爱与以"礼"为核心的差等格局相统一,共同构成了"差等"这一传统社会文化结构。儒家"差等"思想中包含着"差异性"和"平等性"二重性。"差等"思想中的"差异性"彰显于"仁"和"礼"的内涵中并受到较多关注,而"平等性"则往往容易被忽视。"差等"思想中的"平等性"主要蕴含于"忠恕之道"和儒家对普遍人性和道德人格的探寻中,并通过"差异性"来启发。"平等性"是"差异性"的旨归,"差异性"是"平等性"实现的途径,"平等性"与"差异性"一同构成了儒家的"至平"理想。在"差等"中,人与人虽有不同,但都允许实现自我,在某种意义上,所谓"差等",实质是一种包含差异的平等。
[Abstract]:The love of difference with "benevolence" as the core is United with the pattern of "courtesy" as the core, which constitutes the traditional social and cultural structure of "difference". The Confucian thought of "difference" and "equality" contains the duality of "difference" and "equality". The difference in the thought of "difference" is manifested in the connotation of "benevolence" and "propriety" and received more attention, while "equality" is often neglected. " The "equality" in the thought of "difference" is mainly contained in "the way of loyalty and forgiveness" and the Confucian search for universal human nature and moral personality, and is inspired by "difference". " Equality "is the purport of" difference "," difference "is the way to realize" equality "," equality "and" difference "together constitute the ideal of" equality "of Confucianism. In "difference", people are different, but they are allowed to realize themselves. In a certain sense, the so-called "difference", in essence, is a kind of equality that contains difference.
