自然与礼法的正义之争——安提丰《论真理》残篇44绎读

【摘要】：智术师安提丰的残篇《论真理》一经发现,就受到西方学界的广泛关注,因为它对理解古希腊思想中的自然与礼法之争问题意义重大,但国内学界对此残篇却鲜有讨论。有鉴于此,笔者通过对此残篇的翻译和绎读,在按照文本的脉络细致梳理安提丰基本思想的基础上,深入探讨残篇中的核心问题,即自然与礼法之间的紧张与争执,进而表明,安提丰旗帜鲜明地站在自然的立场上反对礼法,并最终将有利视为正义。
[Abstract]:The remains of Antiphon, an intellectual master, were widely concerned by western scholars once they were discovered, because it was of great significance to understand the dispute between nature and etiquette in ancient Greek thought, but there was little discussion about this remnant in domestic scholars. In view of this, the author through the translation and interpretation of this remnant, on the basis of carefully combing Antiphon's basic ideas according to the text's context, deeply discusses the core issues in the remnant, that is, the tension and dispute between nature and ritual law, and then shows that, Antiphon took a stand against propriety in a natural position, and eventually regarded advantage as justice.
