王道即先王之道:先秦儒家法先王思想流变

【摘要】:王道是儒家政治思想的核心,也即尧、舜、禹、汤、文武、周公之道,儒家经典"六经"就是王道的载体。根据《尚书》的记载,以尧、舜为开端,三代之王相继法先王之道。历夏商二代传给武王的"洪范"包含了九个范畴的统治大法,在其核心范畴"皇极"中最早提出了王道的概念和内涵。进一步而言,孔子继承周代文化,损益三代之礼,就是要继承先王之道。孟子主张法先王之道,先王之道就是以仁心行仁政。荀子认为百王之道无变,肯定了先王之道,但他主张法后王,后王是先王之道的集中体现。
[Abstract]:The royal road is the core of the Confucian political thought, namely Yao, Shun, Yu, Tang, Wen Wu and Zhou duo. The Confucian classics "Six Classics" are the carrier of the king's way. According to the records of Shang Shu, Yao and Shun are the beginning of the three generations of the king of the emperor. The "Hong Fan" of the two generations of the Xia Shang Dynasty, which is passed on to King Wu, contains nine categories of the rule of law, and in its core category "Huang Ji In the first place, the concept and connotation of the king were put forward. Further, Confucius's inheritance of Zhou Dai culture and three generations of profit and loss is to inherit the way of the king of the first. Mencius advocated the way of the king of law. The Tao of the first king is the benevolence of benevolence. Xunzi believes that the Dao of the hundred Kings is not changed, and the way of the king is affirmed, but he is the king of the law, and the queen is the collection of the king's way. It is reflected in it.
