“为民立极”:陈亮治国思维中的人文诉求

【摘要】：陈亮的国家治理思维深刻体现着对人文关怀的诉求。陈亮治国思维中的人文诉求源起于两极分化的国家态势和理学"正心诚意"的学术修为。对实践性的"道"的独特解读是这种人文诉求的哲学根基,尊重自然法则的人性观念是其伦理根基。陈亮治国思维中的人文诉求体现在两个方面:"治天下贵乎实"的社会实效和"化私为公"的公共利益。陈亮治国思维中的这种人文追求与现代人文主义之间存在某种程度的冲突,但我们不能完全否定其应有的价值。
[Abstract]:Chen Liang's thinking of national governance deeply reflects the demand of humanistic care. The humanistic demands in Chen Liang's thinking of governing the country originated from the state situation of polarization and the academic revision of "sincerity and sincerity" of Neo-Confucianism. The unique interpretation of the practical Tao is the philosophical foundation of this humanistic appeal, and the human concept of respecting the law of nature is its ethical foundation. The humanistic demands of Chen Liang's thinking of governing the country are embodied in two aspects: the social effect of "governing the world is more valuable than the real" and the public interest of "turning private into public". There is some conflict between this humanistic pursuit and modern humanism in Chen Liang's thinking of governing the country, but we cannot completely deny its due value.
